Funeral services for John Osborn ROSEBAUM, 75, retired secretary and treasurer of the Consolidated Oil Development Co. were held Tuesday in Flanner & Buchanan Mortuary. Burial was in Crown Hill Cemetery. Mr. Rosebaum died Saturday, Feb 25 in his home, 4450 Mary Lane, Indianapolis. Mr. Rosebaum attended Wabash College and was graduated in 1898 from the Indiana Law School. He set up a law office and insurance business in Waveland, where he remained until 1921, when he moved to Indianapolis. He retired in 1943 from the oil company after 12 years' service. He was a member and deacon of the Waveland Christian Church, a member and past master of the Waveland Masonic Lodge a member of the Scottish Rite in Indianapolis and a member and deacon of the Third Christian Church there. Survivors are his widow, Mrs. Laila Dell Rosebaum; two sons, Col. Dwight A. Rosebaum, US Army, Ft. Benning, Ga; and John F. Rosebaum, Evansville; five daughters, Mrs. Lois C. Summers; Mrs. Don Irwin and Mrs. John Spahr, Indianapolis; Mrs. Edith Sewell, Otterbein, and Mrs. Ruth Harr, Belleville, Kans; a brother, Franklin Leroy Rosebaum. Harrow Ontario, Canada; a half brother, William R. Curtis, Lakewood, Ohio, 14 grandchildren and two greats. kbz
